But step slightly outside those most-Googled towns and you find homes with the same charm, views, and lifestyle; but at a fraction of the price. Most people miss those; our job is to surface them and present them properly, in their full potential.

Yes. There's no general law preventing non-Europeans from buying property, and the largest markets - France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany - give foreign buyers the same rights as locals. A handful of countries impose specific conditions, and rules can change, so we always recommend confirming with an official source before you commit.

Do I need to speak Italian, Spanish or Portuguese?
